I will always be grateful to Tua for what he accomplished at Bama, especially the '17 championship game, which we owe to him. He is a class act, a true prince. However, I'm tired of having a QB that causes concern for an injury every play, every game. If fact, it occurred to me it was a blessing that Tua WAS NOT our starting QB in 2017 because, if he were, I'm certain he would not have been healthy in the championship game when we needed him the most. Obviously none of this is his fault. It's genetics. For lack of better words he just wasn't put together very well. I think Terrell Lewis suffers from the same affliction. They're unbelievable athletes, but are hindered by less than stellar workmanship. It's time to make room for Bryce Young and I'm afraid it would not work out well for everyone concerned if Tua came back for his senior year.
