Here are the records, of several dynasties of note, against AP Top 10 ranked teams:

RECORDS AGAINST AP TOP 10 RANKED TEAMS OVER A DECADE
(RANKINGS AT GAME TIME)

2009-2018 ALABAMA: 29-7 (.805%)
1983-1992 MIAMI: 23-8 (.741%)
1940-1949 NOTRE DAME: 15-5-3 (.717%)
1990-1999 FSU: 18-10-1 (.637%)
1990-1999 NEBRASKA: 11-9 (.579%)
1950-1959 OKLAHOMA: 7-7 (.500%)

I did not bother to check the records for Alabama in the 60s or 70s, or OU in the 70s. Neither team played many teams ranked in the top 10, and of the occasional losses they all suffered to top 10 teams, most would have been to top ranked teams in bowl games so I am certain those records would be nowhere near the one Alabama currently enjoys.

Never realized how incredibly weak OU's schedule was in the 50s. Alabama's current team dynasty played over 2x as many teams ranked in the top 20 as did OU's 50s dynasty.

And consider this: Of Alabama's 13 losses between 2009 and 2018 (127-13 overall), 10 were to teams ranked in the top 10 at game time. The other 3 were also to teams ranked in the top 25. Alabama has 0 losses to unranked teams between 2009 and 2018. Every other team in the NCAA has at least 9 or more.

EDIT: Made a calculating error and included 07 and 08. Note new numbers omitting 07 and 08, and only considering last 10 years.
