Y’all cut Milroe some slack, you only make yourself and Bama look bad by dogging him …… the guy just doesn’t have “field awareness “. Great Athlete, Great guy ( I think ). Can’t see downfield, can’t feel the pressure. Smart guy… But just doesn’t have IT and probably , after two years, never will. I hope he can go somewhere and IT can happen for him. His release is too slow and he’s only of average college accuracy for him to make it in the NFL unless he develops IT. Sometimes , you just give it your all and that’s all you got. I just think Milroe is tapped out as a QB. I’d like to be wrong. But I think I’m not. I wish him the best but I’ll not miss him at QB.
This team has been one of the worst Bama teams to watch in almost two decades for me. A really good preparation and effort today would have gone a long way to getting that Oklahoma whipping taste out of my mouth. Oh well….This team has looked like they were mailing it in several times this year, even when they won. Lack of discipline ( even the coaches getting critical game changing penalties )/ penalties got worse this year. If CKD does not have his teams better disciplined and motivated ….. especially against lesser competition ….. his tenure will be unpleasant and short at Bama. I hope that’s not the case.
So I’m glad this year is gone and I hope this was just CKD first year struggles. Glad to be moving on from it ……. New year and new “hope”. 😕
