Wanted it more. yes, we were cold from the three. However, IMO, they single-handedly beat us to the ball and converted the rebounds which were really steals. I have never seen a game where more balls (rebounds) clearly belonged to Bama but we repeatedly had it stolen away. IDK if we were overlooking them or not but tonight SDS wanted it more. Very disappointing.

Yeah the whole game felt off. Our players body language was terrible all night. Collectively, that’s the most I’ve seen our team complain about the refs.

I also didn’t see any of our players crying but maybe they just didn’t show it. I remember Alex Reese emotion when we lost to UCLA.

This one hurts. Who knows? Maybe all this garbage going on took a toll.
Won't disagree with you but just think about how much this team relied on these 4 freshmen this season. Twas all well and good until they ran into a team of men. Just think how much experience those 8 seniors have under their belt? Those guys went out and took it while Bama kept waiting for it to come to them.

I didn't want to bring this up but I noticed none of our guys looked visibly upset or super disappointed after the game. Heck, there were kids from #16 seed teams that were balling after losing in the 1st round. Even some of the Maryland players were crying after losing to a Bama team they didn't have much of a shot at beating.

I don’t think we were emotional because once the Davis situation came out or players were conditioned to be business like. Take a business like approach. I know our play dropped off and we lost some passion. We were just more athletic than everyone we played. Oats had a terrible tourney. It showed against SDST. He was at a lose for words at half. No game plan. Didn’t use his TO’s when they went on runs. Let his assistants interview a fly all over the country during prep time. Fouled their best player down by only 2 with 41 seconds left. Never put Miller in spaces to succeed until right before half. Terrible coaching job.
