since there have been a couple of threads about all-time greats that I have enjoyed I want to ask a question that I do not know the answer to.
joe willie was the starting Q.B. for ala when we won the national championship in 64 and the starting Q.B. for the new York jets when they won super bowl 3.
has any other Q.B. ever been the starter for a college team that won it all and a pro team that won the super bowl
I feel sure there are some, but I can not think of any.
by the way snake was sloan's back up in 65 and got jobbed in 66 so he does not count
I am not talking about just bama Q.B.'S by the way and they have to be starters
