Kyler had better numbers
Kyler brought his team back and won their Championship game / while Tua had his worst game as a QB.
Kyler was the ONLY reason OU won their games, take him away and OU is a 4-5 loss team. While Bama is in this exact same spot without Tua. Jalen could’ve easily won every game.
Fact is, it should’ve been a very close race, and it was. But Kyler should’ve won because of what he means to his team and what he did in the final game. If Tua plays better vs Jawja, he wins by the same margin as Kyler did IMO.
This should give the team added motivation in the playoffs and Tua has another year to win it if he stays healthy.
