Hey everyone, just wanted to do a quick post because Saturday was my last day at Tide Illustrated. I'm off to pursue being a play-by-play broadcaster!
First and foremost, I want to thank Tony and Kelly for allowing me to write for this site and cover Alabama for the past year-plus. I got to cover two NCAA Tournaments, including a Final Four, which is something I have dreamed of doing since I was a kid. That on top of all the football and recruiting coverage I was able to do, was an amazing experience and has allowed me to grow so much as a professional and a person.
I also want to thank all of you for reading my work, interacting with me on the boards and making this a really fun community to be a part of and serve. I'll miss checking the board every day for the latest happenings (and dishing out constant propaganda about the Kill Shot in basketball).
Looking forward to keeping an eye on the DeBoer Era and more of Nate Oats' hoops conquests from afar. Thanks again, y'all!
