Last week's QB decision

Really shocked me when Saban announced he put Bateman ahead of Coker to give Bama an element of surprise over Ole Miss. I know some speculated it may have been due to Coker being sick last week, but wouldn't Saban have admitted that after the game if that was the big reason? I don't remember a time since Saban has been at Alabama that he has used the "element of surprise" to try to win a game instead of believing that his players can line up and dominate another team based on coaching and talent
