Named the head coach at Valdosta HS! I lived in Valdosta for seven years back in the late 70’s early 80’s! Rich tradition with lots of history! Valdostans love their Wildcats! This is not going to end well! Legendary coaches Wright Bazemore and Nick Hyder would be saying “What the heck are you people doing???”
BTW - it was a 5-4 vote by the school board. He had interviewed in 2006 and did not get the job! He said this job is “the Alabama, Norte Dame and Ohio State of high school football!”
