I can't tell if this means the NCAA wants to bury LSU using someone they don't currently employ or if they are looking for someone else to find a creative exit so they can just powder puff the LSU backside and give a stern "don't do it again".

They used them all on us even tho in a civil case we would have been found innocent.

He was LSU’s chancellor from 1999-2004. His association with LSU is the entire reason that he and Saban know each other so well.

That’s what I read. Also they will be handling more cases like this.

One of the football violations was payments of $107,00 by the Funes guy being sent to prison, to the sister and mother of Rohan Davey who was at LSU from 1998-2000. Davey came to LSU the year before Mark Emmert and Saban came to LSU.

It means LSU believes that they won't get a fair proceeding with the NCAA so the school requested the new IARP. Kansas and another school are also going this route for their basketball programs.

From what I've read LSU wanted to separate the football violations from basketball ones and have them tried separately.

They said no so here we are. Should be good news for fans like ourselves.
