There are a few articles out there that a number of LSU players are ineligible. One of them is a former 5 star recruit (Emery). He’s apparently not eligible for the remainder of the season.
Coach Ed O says that it’s because Emery took the wrong class. Any recruits considering LSU need to really consider the lack of oversight or assistance the program is giving its players.
I think it’s either (a) he really took the wrong class or (b) he failed too many classes. In either instance, LSU football wasn’t adequately monitoring the players and their academic performance.
