The line opened at 26 and has been dropping (23.5 to 24 now). That still seems high.

State has the nation's 8th ranked pass defense and 18th ranked rush defense. Total defense = #8

Versus MSU defense:

Kansas State scored 1 TD
Kentucky scored 4 TDs
Florida scored 1 TD
Auburn scored 0 TDs
LSU scored 1 TD
A&M scored 1 TD​

Best guess is they figure MSU won't score or gets a couple of field goals. Otherwise, I'm not understanding that spread.
