Need help from someone in the know about our FG kicking

I am rewatching the game and seeing our FG kicking all over again. I am not exaggerating when I say we probably have the crappiest kicking game in the nation.
In all sincerity, for the LOVE, what is going on with our FG kicking game and when will it be fixed? We have been seeing this year after year with no improvement. Knowing Saban, I just can't believe he tolerates this level of failure at such a crucial position.
