I am truly still upset by AA telling everyone last year that the Braves had money to spend at the deadline and more money in the off season. He has held onto pitching prospects and let them play themselves into worthless trade pieces while watching players like Realmuto and Yelich go elsewhere. That Josh Donaldson signing was almost useless, IMO, unless he hits 35+ homers at a .280 or better BA.
Everyone has mentioned the bullpen so....
Outfield needs a boost as one other mentioned. There is talk of trading Ender for bullpen help while he still has some value and bringing up Austin Riley to LF for his bat minus the defensive issues.
But had they acquired Yelich and Realmuto, brought up Riley for 3rd, they could have used Donaldson's money to get legitimate Bullpen help.
