Regardless of their race or sexual orientation by issuing an EO which keeps men from competing in women’s specific sports. The EO only effects federally funded schools or organizations. For example: The USGA and the LPGA can still allow men to compete against women. The NCAA announced that they would comply with the EO. Hopefully, State High School Athletic Organizations will follow suit. Thoughts?
