What an offensive masterclass by both of these teams. Elite offensive talents and coaches were on display yesterday and it was so fun to watch. Kentucky is a very tough team to play against, especially at Rupp, but give credit to the Tide in outlasting the Cats and putting up triple digits on them in their house.

Mark Sears and Grant Nelson were terrific, Dioubate and Cliff were the glue guys you expect them to be, and got great contributions from Holloway and Philon as well. Everyone elite team loses, but the elite teams bounce back after tough losses and they die just that against a very good team on the road.

Resume wise, there’s no team in the country that has more Q1A wins than Alabama and they’ve played a tougher schedule than any other team so far. It is absolutely wild how this team hasn’t been able to find much of a rhythm this year, but continue to beat great teams and away from home.

Now Alabama gets a slight breather in the schedule (if there is one in the SEC) with Vanderbilt and LSU at home before another potential top 10 road matchup against Miss St.
