Why does he keep running the jet sweep? Why does he keep running WR screens? Why not just run north and south?
Those comments are made on this board during and after every game. Even if the plays aren't working, they are serving a purpose. When you run plays like that, you are making them think twice about loading the box. It makes them start leaning one way just enough or keeps their eyes off Henry for a split second. That forces the defense to spread out and think about the whole field.
I know it's frustrating sometimes early on when our offense is going east and west, but that's to set up the north-south run game later on.
