I tried to cancel my subscription and you billed my credit card. This is from your customer care department:

We understand you would like a refund for a premium subscription. I'll be happy to look into this for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund. According to the Terms of Service, no refunds for unused portion of the subscription.

Thanks for understanding. You guys should be embarrassed I am 69 on a limited budget. I am certain you will delete my post.
