that is being led by Ted Cruz. With the NCAA being an Organization that Colleges Voluntary join and with the Courts system basically De-Nutting the NCAA I find it difficult to see how going forward how the NCAA can continue to exist. Cruz wants to empower the NCAA of which I find already a conflict of Interest in that if regulations are Congressionally adopted, the NCAA's new Daddy is Congress. What a Cluster!
I personally would like for Colleges and Universities to break away from NCAA and form its own Organization probably mirrored like the NFL of which has pretty much faced tons of courts actions that has rules and regulation honed in along those guidelines and laws.
