Sarkisian believes Jalen has first round NFL potential and his goal is to make Jalen into a 1st round pick in the next 2 years.
That's one of the things he and Jalen have built a rapport on. Jalen believes in Sark and vice versa and have this common goal
Sark and CNS like Tua as well and see a Russell Wilson type QB. However, they want to RS him. They are searching high a wide for a Grad or JuCo transfer that has decent talent to backup so they can afford to Redshirt him. Sark believes Tua has that same potential. Saban also wants some continuity at QB, which he hasn't had since AJ.
They wanted to bring Jalen on slowly this year but felt like the experience was too invaluable even with the bumps that came with it. They turned him loose in a few games but as Bama did with AJ in 2011 went conservative in big games.
Rashaan Evans wants to be the big dog at LB this coming season and is hungry to prove he's as good as Ruben, Mosley etc. Felt held back and frustrated all year and was very closed off.
Staff is trying to work damage control on Robert Foster and mom. Will get interesting.
Harris felt he should've gotten the ball more this in the NC game was frustrated.
CNS gave Tosh advice that he wasn't ready for DC spot yet.
