Technical ? for Mods

I am being asked to login to view any posts on my iPhone app. I am okay on the website. I am worried about signing off on the website as I changed my password apparently at some point and did not record it. I cannot log into my phone as I do not remember the password.

Do the website and the iPhone app use the same password?

If so, what is the procedure to change my password?
