I have to say I love the way this team handles themselves. They are yound in many areas, but they all speak about things in a team manner. It isn't about me or I, it's about we or us and they are quick to praise those around them. It reminds me of our team with McElroy in 2010 season and them piggy backing on each other.
I hope the results are the same, but either way I'm proud of the way this team has handled themselves and they are definitely on the right track!
