May face the toughest task for a first year starting QB since CNS arrived. His first year there were not sky expectations so JPW did not face the pressure GMAC, AJ and Blake did.
GMAC had a great running game and Julio.
AJ'S first year he had a great defense and he was asked to protect the ball until the NC game.
Blake had returning starters everywhere except 2 OL and with CAM we upgraded LT.
This year whoever wins the job will play without 3 starting OL, 3 WR'sWR'S including one who may be a top 3 pick and the nation's top WR, our top RB, HBack ..... whoever wins the job picked a bad tear.
jmo but we will need to temper our expectations at the beginning forbthe offense and rely on the defense. Yes I know we have a lot of rivals "stars" coming in ...but most have very limited playing time.
