at an apartment in LaGrange. smallish, but somewhat complicated foyer. Basic little living room. Largish dining area. Complicated and tight kitchen which would have to be mostly brush painted due to the little nooks and crannies. A bathroom off from the kitchen that also has the hook ups for washer and dryer. Rather large room.
A stairwell that is a bitch. Tallish walls. 14 steps that he wanted lightly sanded and restained. baseboards going up the stairwell.
Once upstairs a study area that is somewhat complicated. then two rather big bedrooms, and two rather nice size baths.
All baseboards were in terrible shape. Told him I would hand clean them and repaint them. Three doors needed painting on both sides badly. Three other doors needed painting on the inside portions. All frames around the doors.
Oh...the walls were what I call 'knockdown texture' looks like stucco, or plaster, but not really...But still. Not normal walls either.
He said I was way too high. When I handed him the quote.....I thought I was way too damn low. LOL.
