Comfirmed he has a grade 2 ligament sprain (partial tear). Also, an injured meniscus which was scoped. It would normally mean a month off of it without reaggravation to heal. He has a brace to prevent future tears etc but has reaggravated it every week since the initial injury. No further tears hav me happended but it could happen. He is expected to have surgery as soon as the last whistle blows on the season.

Another reason they went ahead and had Jalens surgery. He needs to be 100% for the stretch run. He’s been dealing with that ankle off and on since early last season. Had a surgery to stimulate a faster healing of the ligaments in the ankle. He’s getting better day by day.

Saban wont sit Tua because it will tip a Hand to UGA and Auburn that there’s something really wrong etc and they’ll gameplan accordingly. Let’s pray he doesn’t reaggravate the knee and Jalen REALLY turns the corner this next week. We will need both
