Need to give the man a raise and actually move some dirt on a new arena or Coleman renovations. My concern is the powers that be will decide that the restrooms at the football facility are outdated and we'll need to spend $50 million to renovate the pissers.

Agree with the pay raise. If we want to keep him long term, it will take a commitment on facility improvements.
Get that going as soon as possible. IMO
