What measures, if any, well be taken to protect this season???

Kentucky vs Texas game got me to wondering. SEC tournament starts on Wednesday with the play-in games starting the next Wednesday. What happens when the tournament starts and Bama, Baylor, Gonzaga, etc loses a player or 6 to "contact tracing?"

Some teams/conferences want to skip the conference tournaments. And some teams that know they are going to the tournament may opt out of them. Who knows?

Alabama won’t have that problem because every player on their team has had COVID already. However, I can see some conference tournaments not happening because of that.
