I think he will be an upgrade over DaBoll. He knows how to get the most out of the players, how to use them and has more experience calling plays in college games. Creative guy with the playbook. He knows the players and all of their strengths and weaknesses. He's out to prove he's ready to take the next step in being a top tier coach. I'm excited. Why are some of you people acting like it's a bad thing or that he's only good if Freeze is helping him etc etc?
