Lot's of speculation here in response to the @Jack Knowlton 12/18 article about Greg Byrne "begging" fans to step up in the NIL battle. I just read this morning where Texas Athletics spent $325 million this past year while Ohio State spent $292 million. Buckeye Athletics lost $37 million trying to keep up so new rules/laws can't come soon enough!
