Not sure about AP, but Bama dropped from 22 to 28 in the net rating thanks to the Barns horrible record...likely would be the same for UK. 🤦‍♂️

We were in the coaches poll at the begining of the year. I think we were with Sexton at the beginning of the his season at Bama. I do think Bama will be ranked. They were already receiving votes in the last poll.

If a team drops from a road win, that is a flaw.

I myself personally would love to see us in the top 25! Secretly I hope we aren’t bc I worry once we become ranked the team will get complacent and lose a game we should win haha I can’t shake the last 5 yrs of basketball fandom negativity lol

We’ve been in preseason top 25 polls several times the last 10 years, only to immediately fall out and not get back in. I can’t remember the last time we were actually ranked in the season by earning it.

I agree. But, the issue is Ole Miss and UF both dropped which hurts us.

I can’t remember the last time Bama was ranked in the top 25 AT THE END OF THE YEAR! That’s when it really matters.
