Finish that event with rounds of 68-65-65-62 for a four-day total score of 24-under par 260, defeating 144 amateur golfers from 24 nations around the world
He will compete in The Amateur Championship (British Amateur) which begins June 17th.

Reminder: Merritt is choosing between Alabama and Nebraska. He took an official visit to Alabama last weekend recap HERE

Personally, I still think it's still a toss-up. Merritt said he was leaning Bama immediately after his trip, but also acknowledged the visit high he was on after a successful weekend. He is a fan of his potential Wolf role in Wommack's setup At the same time, the Cornhuskers have been pushing hard and Merritt definitely seems moved by the idea of being a key cog in a future Nebraska side that is looking to build around five-star QB Dylan Raiola.

Elite punter prospect Alex Asparuhov has committed to the Crimson Tide. He is currently on a visit and picked up an offer from Alabama on June 9 at Alabama's specialist camp. Asparuhov is ranked as the No. 3 punter by Kohl’s Professional Camps and plays for San Joaquin Memorial in Fresno, California. He’s also recently earned offers from Oklahoma and Florida.

Kelly, I have one suggestion to improve the site. If it would not be to much trouble could you pin Tony's, Harper's, and Jack's post to the top, sticky threads, of the site for a day or two, so we can find the new post from them quicker. That is why most of us come to the site and some of us have limited time.

There is also stuff on the Sticky Threads that has been there so long that no one has interest. I totally understand there may be a paid advertiser that lessens our cost, but I think Sticky threads could be for important new information and advertisers, who pay to be there.

My biggest concern is the Alabama defense learning the new system and how it wil translate in the SEC and beyond. I don’t doubt the coaching chops of Coach wommack. I honestly do not what to expect as Alabama transitions away for a Saban defense.

I am confident that Alabama’s kicking game will be a top group in the country and the offense will be less predictable and improve our scoring numbers versus last year.

How does BAMA feel after his visit

Four-star 2025 OL Michael Carroll has committed to Alabama.

Carroll was in Tuscaloosa for an official visit this weekend and wasted no time announcing his pledge after a successful trip. He was also set to visit Penn State and Michigan this month.

Alabama has its first O-Line commit in the 2025 class and 13th commit overall. Huge pickup for the Crimson Tide.
