l think Bama has a decent chance. Houston will run us off the 3-point line and make us drive against their very good Bigs. Bama has a couple of guys this year that l think can be effective against this. Miller and Clowney can both shoot and handle the ball on the inside. lf these 2 guys can have a good game we have a shot.

l think Houston will play us much like UConn did. l hope we learned something from that game and l do not believe Houston can score on us like UConn did.

l'm hyped up for this game and can't wait. Roll Tide Roll!

I know it’s random, but sort of Alabama related. Is anybody going to the playoff game in Atlanta on the ticket deal from the kickoff game?

Because I went to every Alabama appearance in the chic fil a kickoff game. I got a ticket offer from the peach bowl 2 years ago. I guess because of Covid.????

The peach bowl offered tix to 2022 peach bowl playoffs for low face value, but you had to buy at the time.

I had pretty good confidence Alabama would be in the game, and if not I’d sell them for big profit.

Team let me down, but I think I’m going to go anyway because wife wants to. My idea was right, think tix were $120 each. Cheapest on StubHub in my section are selling for $700.

My buddy from Georgia said he was going to mail me a Bulldog hat to wear, but I told him that was going way too far.

Wondered if anyone else cashed in on that deal, or just decide to go.

Phillips is picking up top SEC offers. Recruiting update on Rivals:

This morning I was chatting with someone about college football coaches and he made the statement,
"Kirby is the current best coach in college football"

I honestly could not respond back to him. His exact words were, "Coach Saban will go down as the greatest of all time, but Kirby is the best right now"

It really tugged at my heart because I wanted to disagree. I sure hope CNS can win just one more before he decides to ride off into the sunset.

Slyvester Croom went into the Hall of Fame today. lt is well deserved and not taking anything away from Slyvester, but somebody l know heard at the barber shop this morning that you actually started ahead of him in several games. One of which was our bowl game after the 1973 season against N.D.

l just thought l'd let the rest of the board know that we have a real stud here amongst us according to my Father(milso).
