I had been asking about good bbq in the Tuscaloosa area. Today @HavanaTider took me to Robertson's bbq just outside of Tuscaloosa.
The place is a combination of a gas station and a catering restaurant. The place had men in ties and men who had just come in from hunting wild turkey all eating bbq for lunch.
We ordered a slab of ribs with coleslaw and baked beans. Simple and perfect. Sincerely appreciate the conversation and food. Dreamland is next. Robertson's gets an A+ from me.
