what's the best way for def backs to play that pick play that burned us twice vs Clemson?
I'm basketball guy so I'm thinking why not just have the db's switch players/men on the picks.
So in essence, on the last play Tony brown takes the "picker" instead of trying to fight through the pick to stay with renfroe and the outside corner jumps the route that Renfroe runs.
I know they're pitfalls to doing that because of the inability to know the receivers are going to run that exact route.
Thoughts?
