For the second time in three weeks, Vegas appears to be begging people to bet against Alabama. We are an 8.5 point favorite and for the life of me I cannot make sense of this spread. Tennessee has an excellent rush defense and a strong pass rush, which does not raise our hopes. Tennessee actually has a very good rushing attack, which plays to our strength; however that also opens the passing lanes for Tennessee's Social Security eligible QB. Didn't Milton play in the Outback Bowl against Alabama, in Coach Stallings last game or was it when Coach Perkins had the job? I honestly don't know what Vegas knows, but the wrong team is favored in this game. At the very least, I don't see Bama as an 8.5 point favorite.
