Exactly how are we a 3 and drive team when we suck at 3’s. Quinerly is a huge disappointment. He’s shooting about 25% from 3 this year. As a whole the team is about 30%. That’s awful. Oats has to change with this team.

I think it shows they are passionate about Alabama basketball and expect a better product than what they are getting so far. I am not for posters attacking players characters or calling them names, but being critical of the team's play is fine IMO..

yeah mostly not talking about most people on here. You can see my comments and I get frustrated as well on here and at the team, but just read a lot of these comments on here. So many are not passionate just ignorant and embarrassing.

You know, I have given this some thought. Oats has never had as much talent as he has had the past couple of seasons. Maybe he just hasn't figured out how to coach players with as much talent or egos as he has right now. That seems a little crazy to me but that thought keeps running through my mind.

Keon was a JR college guy and most never develop as everyone hopes. JD was a great recruit and player in 2A Alabama HS basketball. Bediako we were told would have to develop and hopefully he will. Not sure about the rest of the team as being "talented". Obviously Shack is our best player

He’s a better college coach than Avery Johnson who I imagine you never criticized. Quinerly’s effort speaks for itself and JD remains ridiculously over rated at this point.

Avery took a lot of abuse for losing to Norfolk State, but Oats already has 3 losses that are worse than that. Vanderbilt 2 years ago when they were on about a 30 game conference losing streak, Missouri and Georgia this year. At least that Norfolk State team was good enough to qualify for the post season.

They’re not raw. It’s just the opposite. Quinerly is a redshirt junior, Shack is a 3 year starter, Ellis, Gurley, and Rojas are seniors. Gary is a redshirt sophomore. Youth is not an excuse for this team. There’s no leadership, either on the court or on the sideline.
