TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Alabama forward Riley Norris might return to the court for Tuesday’s game against University of Texas Arlington, head coach Avery Johnson announced during his news conference Monday.

Norris is progressing well from a hip injury that kept him out of the first three games of the season and will be a “game-time decision” for Tuesday night’s game at 8 p.m. CT inside of Coleman Coliseum.

“What that means is he’ll go through another practice today then we’ll evaluate him in the morning in terms of how he recovers from this practice,” Johnson said.

Johnson also ruled out forwards Braxton Key and Ar’Mond Davis for the game. Davis is dealing with a knee injury and will be out for the next two weeks. He will not travel with the team to Brooklyn, N.Y. this weekend as it takes part in the Barclays Center Classic. Key is also battling a knee injury bit will make the trip to New York.

“He’s doing well, progressing well,” Johnson said of Key. “He will continue to progress to whatever that next level of rehab is. He’s doing extremely well.”
