Alabama was working in full pads today as we saw two periods of practice. Let's get to it:
- No Shank Taylor at practice again today. Lester Cotton was there, but I didn't see him do any drills with the offensive line as a unit. It was Josh Casher working at RG. Will try to keep an eye on that tomorrow.
- Bo Scarbrough was practicing today during individual drills. BJ Emmons, who had that foot injury last week, has not been at practice. Probably not going to update Emmons every day until we see him back out there.
- The interior offensive linemen were working on guard pulling drills as the tackles and tight ends worked together on some blocking drills.
- The first team nickel package was the same as it was last week and the same five guys you saw in the game.
- What appeared to be the second team nickel package included Rashaan Evans and Keith Holcombe at ILB with Aaron Robinson and Levi Wallace at CB and Shyheim Carter playing Star.
- Reuben Foster still had his left hand wrapped up in that club that we mentioned yesterday.
