Tomorrow morning, I have to go to a friends funeral. The family requested that something be worn connected with U of A. He was a big U of A fan, but this funeral is in an Episcopal Church and I want to be respectful of the family and the church. I was thinking of wearing my Alabama Singing tie and a suit, but I really hate not wearing my gray sweatshirt that was purchased during the Arkansas game last year, but the sweatshirt has never been washed and only worn 17 times.
I hate breaking a game day tradition, but it is a church. Do you think the good lord would forgive me for wearing the sweatshirt, the tie and my funeral suit? I do have a different shirt that is meant to be worn with a suit and it has only been worn for one losing game and that was an LSU game.
