I know there no one would ever tamper in the Portal

Has anyone ever noticed the number of good players that enter the Portal and that sign with a new team within 24 hours. Call me naive, but It seems like players are entering the Poral and traveling and inspecting four or five campuses and reaching a decision on a new school after careful consideration, within 24 hours. I know that no set of coaches and boosters would be reaching out to players before they even decide to enter the Portal. Surely there is no tampering going on.

Terrion Arnold believes Alabama will have 'a great defense'

Terrion Arnold said Alabama "is going to be a great defense" and explained why he felt that way on Monday.

Way too young?

The Spring training roster seems to indicate that Alabama has been murdered by the transfer portal and has less than 50 returning upper class men. If we do not get a lot of players in the Spring Portal, Alabama might enter the season with less than 75 scholarship players, and a large percentage would be Freshmen. This is not the picture of a great season. We have really been hit hard on the offensive line and receiver positions.

Am I being overconcerned or is the Portal destroying Alabama Football?

I'll have more than this later, but this is what I've gathered so far.

— Both quarterbacks are looking good today
— Jalen Milroe completed roughly five or six of his first seven passes and led the first-team offense down the field against the second-team defense. The drive was capped off by a 15-yard touchdown to Ja'Corey Brooks. Milroe also made a nice scramble on the drive.
— I'm hearing that Milroe has shown good awareness throughout the day and is making better decisions in the pocket. That's a really good sign for Alabama.
— Ty Simpson hit Jermaine Burton with a 40-yard touchdown through the air while working with the second-team offense against the first-team defense.
— Alabama's receivers have been sprinkling in with the first and second units, so it's hard to tell who are the "starting three" at the moment.
— Justice Haynes broke off a 35-yard run on his first carry against the first-team defense. The freshman running back has really turned heads since joining the team in December.
— Alabama's first-team offensive line looks like this from left to right: Elijah Pritchett, Darrian Dalcourt, Seth McLaughlin, Tyler Booker, J.C. Latham. Dalcourt has been subbing in with McLauglin at center. When he does, T.J. Ferguson takes his spot at guard.
— Alabama's second-team offensive line consisted of Kadyn Proctor, T.J. Ferguson, James Brockermeyer, Jaedon Roberts and Wilkin Formby from left to right.
— Dalcourt banged up his elbow but was able to return.
— Malik Benson made a nice one-handed catch on a ball from Ty Simpson and picked up 40 yards on the play.
— Roydell Willams powered in a touchdown from 5 yards out.
— Will Reichard hit a 52-yard FG.
— Eli Holstein completed his first two passes of the scrimmage while working with the second-team offense against the third-team defense.
— Dylan Lonergan is now in with the third-team offense. He's off to a solid start as well. It sounds like it has been a great day for the quarterbacks.
— Forgot to mention this earlier, but I've heard Tim Keenan looks pretty good. He has shown nice speed for someone who is listed at 6-foot-2, 338 pounds.
— Reichard hits another 50-yard FG. This guy might be good lol
— Milroe has done well after the team moved into the red-zone drills. He hit a receiver with a fade for a touchdown before adding another score with his feet.
— Alabama's offensive line has been able to provide a nice push for its running backs in short-yardage situations. I've heard a lot of good things about Roydell Williams and Jam Miller throughout the day.
— James Burnip has had multiple 50-yard punts today.
— Just heard that Justice Haynes ran over three guys on his way to a 15-yard TD.
— Ja'Corey Brooks made a one-handed catch on a 20-yard touchdown pass from Ty Simpson. Brooks has made several nice catches today.

Chicken Coop like Auburn’s

Hello, I have redescribed because after 50 years of caring only about Alabama football I’ve became a basketball fan! I see the program at a crossroads where we can build, or go back to a SEC doormat.
Why would we build a 10000 seat chicken Coop like Auburn has when we sold out a 15000 seat Coleman every game this season. Why rush in and build a chicken coop 10000 seat building when we have waited this long for a new building. We are headed into an economic downturn. In a couple of years we will be able to build a 18000 seat building for the same price as a duplicate chicken coop like Auburn. It’s about the future. Do you want to match the blue bloods of Kentucky, or a cowtown like Auburn? It’s about a winning program to sell out any building. Give Oats the budget to go out and hire the best staff is priority at this moment. Maybe with new ideals from some assistant coaches we allow our players to shoot a mid-range jumper like the teams that played in the final game.
