Agreed, we are forcing turnovers, but we aren’t making shots. It feels like they are making us pay for each turnover we commit.
Son had a game tonight, just getting in and see Bama down 21. A quick break down of what went wrong tonight would be appreciated.
I’m not exactly an optimist. But I don’t believe our season is over. We will improve. Got our butt whipped tonight. Oats will teach from this and hopefully learn from it himself. We better improve on defense. And we better improve our halfcourt offense.
This is disappointing. It's more than missed shots. We talk about defense, but this team reminds me if the Houston Rockets. We may score 100 every night, but can't stop anyone and will get exposed like we are tonight versus a good team. Our defensive rebounding is non existent and our inside game is the same. And don't ever compare Quinerly to Kira. There is none.
Haha. You were awfully quite game 1. We are watching a top 3 pick on the other side. Another great guard. And a team that will likely beat unc. This Stanford roster is a top 12-15 ranked talent. But you're also the one telling me primo was better than shack so not surprised at your take. For what its worth primo is the worst player on the roster as it stands now

Not at all. This roster will win a ton in ranked league play. These game will happen and Stanford will have a great season. But the sec is the league of slow play. Definitely will finish with a winning sec record
They’ve whipped us in every area. You don’t want to go back and watch. They’ve shot it well. We haven’t defended well. We haven’t been able to run and have been bad in our halfcourt offense. Q is the only person that can get inside the defense and we’ve just stood around passing around the perimeter getting no where. A lot of the same stupid decisions on offense from the past.

North Carolina will wax Stanford tomorrow . Stanford played they’re game of the year today .
Why is it every season Bama fans have to wait wait 10-12 games before the team reaches its "potential" while so many other programs seem to have it together against us early on?
I think a lot of the guys on this board had no knowledge about Stanford at all. This was gonna be a tough game if we played our absolute best. We played pretty close to our absolute worst. It’s a blowout in one game against a real good team. That’s all. Doesn’t mean a damn thing about the rest of the season except we have to improve in all areas and we will. Too talented not to.

And his left. I know he’s not a great three point shooter, but he should stand there and make 100’s of them wide open. If he could just shoot them and be close a lot and make enough, it’d make his life easier. I really think he’d be better off to shoot the open 3 than to drive it.
There is no way you actually believe this. They are getting whatever shot they want whenever they want. Mostly wide open layups or dunks with an occasional wide open 3 when they feel the need. This was an embarrassing performance by a team that was supposed to be much improved. I don't take stock in any single game, but from what they have shown tonight they will have to vastly improve in every aspect of the game to even make the tournament. If you haven't already noticed our schedule is not easy.
Carson Wentz was better tonight than we were
Should have ran a full court press when the game was slipping away earlier . A lot of this falls on oatmeal ,offense looks stagnant most of the time . No off ball movement , very little set plays . Horrible rebounding , and they capitalize off of every turnover . Something we can’t accomplish . Just piss poor all the way around . Max effort ?
Hey delusional dumb ass- never said a word about Primo. Nothing. You will have Stanford in the Final 4 before game ends. Take off your Crimson colored glasses and realize what most of us already know. This team is fundamentally awful.
They hit 80% from 3 the first half. One of their freshman will be a top 3 pick. We havnt been hitting and havnt capitalized off turnovers we have forced. Sucks but the way the game goes sometimes with our offense. Moving on
Last year, brand new coach and system with players that didn’t really fit. This year there’s almost a whole new roster. Give it time. We rely heavily on making shots and running. When you’re not making shots and turning it over against a good team, this can happen

So who are we now going to lose to tomorrow night. You know, because this team won't reach its potential for another 8-10 games.
It is the losses in the first 10-15 games every year that keep us on the outside of the tourney. They are not life or death, but VERY IMPORTANT!
